This highly attenuative British ale yeast produces a complex mineral-driven profile with moderate fruity esters, resulting in beers that finish dry yet well balanced. It supports rich malt character without muting hop bitterness, making it an excellent choice for classic British-style ales. Ideal for English pale ales, stouts, porters, and bitters.

This strain tends to remain in suspension, so additional conditioning, fining, or filtration may be required to achieve bright, clear beer.
