To ensure you receive your grains exactly how you want them, please specify your preferences in the notes section on the cart page before checkout. Choose from the following packaging options:

  1. Packaged all together unmilled
  2. Packaged all together milled
  3. Packaged separately unmilled

For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.

Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.

Gambrinus IPA Malt possesses an elusive color falling between very pale pilsner and golden pale ale malt. Tailormade to complement contemporary West Coast IPAs, it provides balancing sweetness and body in the presence of piney, juicy, and tropical hop profiles. Delivering a delicate profile of bread, toast, grain, and slight nuttiness, Gambrinus IPA Malt is a multi-tasker made to move cases and cases of classic Cream, Golden, and Blonde Ales as well.
