19-27 °L - Dingemans Malting - Dingemans Biscuit - This toasted malt will provide a warm bread or biscuit flavor and aroma and will lend a garnet-brown color. Suggested use: 5–15% of the grain bill. Dingemans allows up to 30%.
Grain preparation
You’ll be prompted to select your grain preparation before checkout. Milled grains are packaged together. Separate packaging is available for unmilled grains only.
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
