Your grains, your way!
To ensure you receive your grains exactly how you want them, please specify your preferences in the notes section on the cart page before checkout. Choose from the following packaging options:
- Packaged all together unmilled
- Packaged all together milled
- Packaged separately unmilled
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
These rice flakes are made specifically for brewing, developing characteristics necessary for easy and efficient use in a brewhouse. They have a large surface area and are pre-cooked, so they hydrate and disintegrate quickly and offer a light, clean, and crisp character to the finished beer.
