For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
80 °L - Briess Malting - Briess Caramel 80L - Pronounced caramel, slight burnt sugar, raisiny. Drum roasted, crystallized malt; improves foam; enhances viscosity; red to deep red hues.
