350° L - Briess Malting - A dark roasted malt that presents a rich roasted, coffee taste. The chocolate flavor is very complementary when used in higher percentages in Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, Dunkels and other dark beers.
Grain preparation
You’ll be prompted to select your grain preparation before checkout. Milled grains are packaged together. Separate packaging is available for unmilled grains only.
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
