To ensure you receive your grains exactly how you want them, please specify your preferences in the notes section on the cart page before checkout. Choose from the following packaging options:

  1. Packaged all together unmilled
  2. Packaged all together milled
  3. Packaged separately unmilled

For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.

Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.

60 °L -  Briess Malting - Caramel 60L is used in some Pale Ales, Amber Ales, Brown Ales, and as the Caramel malt in many darker beers such as Porter and Stouts. Flavor is sweet with pronounced caramel characteristics. Contributes deep golden to red hues.
