 28L - Briess Malting - Victory malt gives a warm toasted nutty flavor which is great in Nut Brown Ales. Its clean flavor makes it well suited for ales and lagers alike, use in small amounts to add complexity and warm color.

Grain preparation

You’ll be prompted to select your grain preparation before checkout. Milled grains are packaged together. Separate packaging is available for unmilled grains only.

For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
