Product Description

The Flash Pilsner pays tribute to the classic Pilsner style, pouring with a bright white, frothy head that leaves beautiful lacing on the glass. Its carefully balanced malt blend delivers a smooth, gently sweet malt character that pairs perfectly with a crisp, clean finish. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops add soft floral and subtle spicy notes, while Flash Yeast™ provides a clean, reliable fermentation.

With Flash Yeast™ handling the fermentation, this Pilsner performs well across a wide temperature range of 65°F to 85°F. When fermented around 70°F, it completes fermentation faster than a traditional lager. For optimal clarity and smoothness, cold storage (lagering) at 40°F is recommended. This refreshing, easy-drinking beer can be ready to enjoy in just a few days, though lagering for a couple of weeks will produce the best final result.
