At TrueBru, we want to ensure you're getting your grains, your way. On the cart page before checkout, please specify in the notes section how you want your grains - all together in 1 bag, packaged separately, milled, or unmilled. If you have any preferred mill gap settings please let us know. We use a spike mill and our standard gap sizes are .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for use in BIAB.
NOTE: Orders containing grains without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
Weyermann® CARAFOAM® is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley which is especially successful when used to aid in creating better foam improvement, improved head retention and a fuller body. Suitable for all styles where these characteristics are desired.
